A week!
Well today was quite wonderful. For breakfast i had toasted rye bread with butter and for dinner I had a stir fry. I put red peppers and rice with a whole bunch of spices, mongonolian fire oil, semame seed oil, sesame seeds, and soy sauce. My family loved it! They raved on abuot how much they loved it for about an hour! :P Well mission accomplished! Everyone loves me now! ;)

Day 5
For Dinner tonight we made pizza!!!!! Yum! I put hot sauce, basil, peppers,and motzarella cheese on it! It was delicous. Recipe's
I am allergic to dairy, so I try to stay away from all dairy products. I found a lot of helpful recipes on http://www.theppk.com/recipes/ I used to think that all vegetarian foods would be gross and disgusting, but now I look at all these delicious recipes and I can't wait to start them!
I am starting my diet tomorrow. Here is my menu:
Breakfast:
